A topical community protocol is a commitment to [[SolSeed]] to help it grow. To grow our tribe needs people who want to join it. But the only people who will want to join it are people whose values (conscious or subconscious) are aligned with its values. Our values are specific and numerous and so someone who holds all of them will be quite rare. To find these people we need a wide net.
Our protocols must be designed to make use of modern communications to create just such a net. In detail our protocols will be lists of oportunities to communicate which we commit to take. Each item in the list will include a frequency (daily, weekly, monthly etc...) that we promiss to communicate on that channel.
