Holacracy

Suggestion 1: We get some friends together, assign them to some fake Roles and Circles, and hold a couple of mock Holacracy meetings to see how it goes with more people involved.

Suggestion 2: Each of us does a pros-and-cons list comparing Holacracy to one or two other governance structures we think might work (representative democracy, a corporate management with board of directors, a priesthood ranked by seniority, etc). Then we all read the lists and discuss them.

Suggestion 3: Write up scenarios that role play using Holacracy as we expect it to play out as our movement grows. Especially consider various scales (a few people, dozens, hundreds, thousands).

Suggestion 4: Find a large organization that already uses Holacracy and see if we can get invited to any of their meetings. Or at least watch videos of meetings from larger organizations, or read what they're saying about how well it's working.
