Sunday Agenda

Check In

Opening Blessing

We come here to awaken from the dream of our separateness into the dream of our unity. We come to do the work that second dream calls us forth to do. We imagine Gaia’s voice calling us forward. May our work today be inspired by this metaphor. --Blessed Be

WW(W)s from last time

Organize the WWWs by person and then due date. We’ll start checking in on topical community protocol and meditation for each mini-period between workbees. Holacracy founder Brian Robertson says these are bad: http://holacracy.org/blog/the-insanity-of-the-what-by-when

Blog/What is the New Story?

Meditation

Eric suggests meditating with Ben at 6:30ish

Days: try Sunday to Wednesday

Shiny Green Tribal Convergence

Vision

Need fun activities for the kids (Ren, Sequoia, Eric)

Brandon: Not having people stay on site overnight makes the event very different from our previous Open Spaces

Length of the event

Brandon: Make it more of a programmed event and ask people to bring cool things

Motivating people to come

Eric: The success of the event depends on who shows up and what their interests are

Eric: There aren't that many people who are both "shiny green" and "tribal"

Brandon: The problem is that people generally only have enough energy to keep their own groups going

Closing Blessing

We came, we worked, it is through the tunnel of chaos that we find our destination. Wherever we are going, we are going there together. (Some other things we didn't manage to type) -- Blessed Be
