Circles
- Do we need a "Board" circle?
- Ben: Sounds specific to publicly-traded for-profit companies
- People who want to join, but haven't contributed for a year yet, will eventually go in the smaller circle
- First we have to experiment by ourselves
Evaluation
- Brandon ... it feels like it's been a long time ... I really enjoy being with you ... thanks for being who you are!
- Ben ... I have to say I feel steamrolled into taking on responsibilities that I don't even know what they are and could be way more than I can handle
- Eric ... pumped by the sudden influx of power that I get in my new role as Facilitator (lol) ... I think it's good that we're moving toward establishing some kind of governance because we may need it if we get an influx of members ... it's unclear to me how Holacracy will end up working, but I think it's worth trying it
