Goals for the Kickstarter:
- Minimum goal, raise $4000
- Stretch goal, raise $6000
- Minimum goal is to get 10 people to pledge to the Kickstarter
- Stretch goal is to get 100 people to pledge to the Kickstarter
Ready to do the Kickstarter when:
- Great video
- Great prizes (and the logistics for them)
- Enticing descriptions for the prizes
- Great partners to share the kickstarter

Evaluation
- Ben … it’s really hard to participate in these calls over my cell-phone (it’s much easier over skype), but I’m glad I was a part of the discussion anyway, despite the difficulties
