The [Shiny Green Acorn Festival](/Shiny_Green_Acorn_Festival) unconference was held from August 12-14, 2016, largely at the Sanders home in Aranmore and at [Tryon Life Community Farm](http://tryonfarm.org). The goal of the event was to celebrate as a community and plan playfully.
