**The Tulipathon** is the [Multifaith Housing Initiative](/Multifaith_Housing_Initiative)(MHI)'s main annual fundraising event. Faith groups gather their members to walk with signs declaring their support for MHI and for affordable housing. It is a fundraiser rather than a protest, with members gathering sponsorships to walk the 6 km course. [Eric](/Eric) walked carrying a sign declaring SolSeed's support for MHI, [Patrick](/Patrick) carried a sign declaring the [Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Ottawa](/Unitarian_Universalist_Fellowship_of_Ottawa)'s support for MHI and [Michelle](/Michelle) walked carrying a sign declaring [Saint Paul's Eastern United Church](/Saint_Paul's_Eastern_United_Church)'s support for MHI.
