### Check-in (gratinews)
- Brandon … I just spent a little time with my kids before they went to bed after getting home late … also I spent an hour talking about SolSeed today with someone.
- Eric … I had a rough week … spent two chunks of time in the emergency room for my dad … but I'm keen to do some SolSeed work.
- Ben … I’m really grateful that this week is almost over because I have been very miserable and very ineffective at work.

### SolSeed Village/Business
Eric’s Steps.
1. Take a step back.
1. E to do visioning exercise with M.
Gainful employment
- This would take a lot of pressure off of the Village side to succeed and could free up a lot of time in our lives for what we want to be doing without changing our living arrangements
- Getting to this point will not be accidental
- Ideas
- Brainstorming would be a good start but we need a process
- Expect <> shape (brainstorming = getting wider, filtering = getting narrower)

### Evaluation
- Brandon … fun, yay!
- Ben … it’s fun to imagine things … the practical part of me wonders whether we’ve been spending too much time over the last seven years imagining possibilities that aren’t very realistic
- Eric … what’s realistic is what is in the adjacent possible and you never know what that is, I’m excited about diving into something that I don’t know what it is
