**What is the purpose of Kindred 2010?**
To bring together people we would like to have in our network ... for example, to introduce Sequoia to their children
**If you could meet a normal person to be friends with, or to be in a village with ... what would they be like?**
Interested in community
Embrace life and personal growth
Share "each mortal thing does one thing and the same ... happy in the sun" value
They like kids
They like to do stuff ... this one is super important
They are accepting rather than judgemental
They are curious
They are intelligent
They have personal maturity ... able to focus on others at times when appropriate
They are a good listener
**If you could imagine a group of these people ... what would they be doing?**
Raising children
Gardening
Having services
Eating supper together once a week
Taking care of each others children
Sharing books and poetry
Sharing clothing (hand-me-downs) and toys
Sharing large tools
Helping each other garden
Watching each others pets
**Inviting groups that already exist to Kindred 2010**
I feel like we should just be getting to know our neighbors ... the neighbor you are seeking already exists in the neighbor you have
