Patrick made one attempt at growing but it took to long and the duckweed got sick. We have the sterilized containers and just need another sample.

### How to evaluate Holacracy?
- Ben: We put our outreach plan for [GaiasHeartbeat](/GaiasHeartbeat) on hold; how do we decide when it's time to start it up again?
- How do we measure whether Holacracy is the right choice for how to cope with a potential influx of new members?
- Eric: Can we afford to buy ads at the moment, given the Sanders aren't currently tithing much?
- Eric: Do we really think there would be enough new people that we couldn't handle it?
- Ben: We don't know, although without ads, the video is doing very poorly in terms of number of YouTube views
### Evaluation

- Ben … glad that we are meeting again, I was a little paranoid that SolSeed had just disappeared
