- Ben doesn't feel like "compassionately care for my inner elephant" fits in the Passion section, since Passion is an energetic word while Compassion is more gentle
- Brandon gives an example of avoiding mental self-flagellation when he watches TV, i.e. not being a tyrannical Rider
- Eric proposes replacing "stoke the fire in my belly" with "embrace my animal nature;" Ben, Shelley, and Brandon agree to this
