### Equinox
- Better technology in Ottawa next year ... speakers that people can hear ... bigger screen ... Camera with a wide enough angle to show everyone.
- Better planning in Portland next year ... send out invitations, plan the agenda ... you know, the basics
- Brandon liked sharing one story from each end
- Portland needs a camera with a wider angle
- Brandon was frustrated by the technology, but really enjoyed the connection
- Eric enjoyed the connection and thought it was the right amount

### Portland EcoHouse Update
- Developer only has one lot left out of 18 and the developer doesn't want to think about it right now; seems to be ready to just put up a spec house and see who buys it instead of putting up a custom house. Brandon is not letting it drop; is still trying to meet with the developer. Less hopeful than last week but still committed so we will see where it goes.
