- It's hard to live in your house while lifting it, due to cutting off electric, water etc.
- Brandon is leaning away from this
- Digging down adds less value and is much more expensive

- Maybe buying a different house
- For example, across the street
- Renting the house next door
- Have SolSeed rent it and share the cost of that plus the mortgage, and make money from subrenters?
- Have Ben rent it and get subrenters on his own?
