Tentatively, we're planning on Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, 2009 for Sol 2009.
If those dates don't work for you, write your name and propose alternative dates below! We'd prefer something in July or August to maximize the chances of sunshine on the Oregon Coast.
- Shelley: I'm the one that picked July 23 to 26, but now my work schedule is in flux. I don't have definitive answers, but it is looking like July 30 to Aug 2 or Aug 6 to Aug 9 might be the only options. Any responses to these dates?
- My work travel commitments are such that I am having a hard time fitting Sol 2009 in my mental picture of my summer. I would feel most comfortable if dates were picked without my commitment and then if I can make it work, I will. Alternatively, I could put a bunch more effort into planning my work trips, which would then give me an idea about which (possibly few) dates coincide. TedErnst 17:30, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
