** Brandon: probably not … the Sanders will put in some money for the venue, but you're the only one who's been contributing a lot lately to the virtual account

* Brandon: Hoyt Arboretum would be large enough to accommodate thousands, but:
** we would have to be sure that they were very gentle on the Earth
** we'd have to provide transportation and sanitation
* Have the tribes create a tree of accountability: each tribe that comes in year X can invite other tribes for year X + 1 and is responsible for the behavior of their invitees … makes it feel special to be invited
** Ben: On the other hand, it may create a high barrier to inviting people if you don't feel like you want to spend the effort to be policing some other group
** Brandon: I would feel so sad if people were climbing trees, leaving trash etc.
** Ben: It might make more sense for just the main co-conveners to be responsible for promulgating the rules and making sure that they are followed.
== SpaceWiki ==
Ben: so, have you looked into rocketstem.org
* Brandon: I did, and the answer is no … I'm not interested in somebody else taking it over
* Ben: So do you at least want to tell them they're free to add content?
* Brandon: Mm-hmm … I took a WWW
Ben: what would be the trigger for us to start actively promoting SpaceWiki again?
* Brandon: I'm moving it to the wiki.wiki platform this week (I have a WWW for it), as soon as that is done I intend to start working on it actively again (along with gaia.wiki)
* Ben: There always arises the question of “how much can we motivate ourselves to do?”
* Ben: Sort of feels like we’ve fallen off a little with Gaia.wiki
