Eric’s Steps.
# Take a step back.
# E to do visioning exercise with M.

Gainful employment
* This would take a lot of pressure off of the Village side to succeed and could free up a lot of time in our lives for what we want to be doing without changing our living arrangements
* Getting to this point will not be accidental
* Ideas
** Brainstorming would be a good start but we need a process
** Expect <> shape (brainstorming = getting wider, filtering = getting narrower)

== Evaluation ==
* Brandon … fun, yay!
* Ben … it’s fun to imagine things … the practical part of me wonders whether we’ve been spending too much time over the last seven years imagining possibilities that aren’t very realistic
* Eric … what’s realistic is what is in the adjacent possible and you never know what that is, I’m excited about diving into something that I don’t know what it is
