This is the charity that Michelle now works for. She suggested that we could become a supporting member of the Multifaith Housing initiative http://www.multifaithhousing.ca/ we would be listed here: http://www.multifaithhousing.ca/our-membership.html
Unanimous approval for up to $100. Eric will cut the check from his node of the virtual SolSeed account and the donation will be credited to “The SolSeed Movement” with a link to our landing page http://solseed.org

Steward Circle:
*Tensions:
**Of the people who are actually working on SolSeed, we’ve identified three increasingly deep levels of commitment and accountability
***active members: those who are occasionally active
***contributing members: those who are deeply committed (they’ve contributed meaningfully for each of twelve consecutive months)
***stewards: contributing members responsible for maintaining the integrity of the founders’ vision
**We get 2 free circles, the third circle costs $35/month … so representing this three tiered structure in GlassFrog circles is expensive
**There isn’t any operational difference between active and contributing members, so representing this three tiered structure in GlassFrog circles is cumbesome.
*Proposal: Alter the contributing member policy to rename “contributing member” to “sustaining member” to avoid confusing those in the contributor circle with those who are “sustaining”.
*Proposal: Make no GlassFrog distinction between contributors … call everyone who works on SolSeed a contributor (regardless of duration and depth of commitment). Add “restricted to sustaining members” as a policy requirement to roles as needed.
Steward Circle:
*Tension: Once we officially organize we’ll become susceptible to organizational capture by other interests that don’t share the founding vision. We should be conservative now and open it up later.

== Evaluation ==
* Brandon … I always enjoy the project work...
* Eric … I’m really happy about the IMHI thing, and I’m excited about what Brandon is working on too. I feel a little bit stressed when I think about the holacracy experiment we are doing … it feels pretty bureaucratic at times. But there are times when we do need to do some bureaucracy and it’s better than just spinning in circles, so I’m happy that you are working on that.
