== Kindred 2015 ==
Brandon … think about the possibility of having a small Kindred 2015 event, the weekend before the Solstice (Camp Namanu is booked for the Solstice), mainly with people who would become co-conveners for the next year
* Ben … I’m planning to visit Windward in a month ... not sure if that will help anything for Kindred since Brandon has visited there too
== How to Evaluate Holocracy ==
Ben ... I need us to brainstorm What would we need to determine if Holacracy is our way forward if we had 10 or 15 or 50 members.

* Ben … Not certain I could do that … don’t know where to begin
* Brandon … Could you write up a process for figuring out how we would determine that?

* Brandon … I’m interested in the mismatch between how we currently work and the pressure of the way Holacracy is pointing us … and can imagine either adopting the Holacracy way or going back to the way we’ve been doing it … I’m open and curious about what the next iteration of how we work will be
* Eric … I’m excited about getting an internet connection to avoid losing fidelity/connection to Skype
* Ben … I’m happy that we got through our agenda, didn’t have to triage anything out … of course the transition to the tactical meeting process is confusing at first. It will become more natural over time if we stick with it.
* Patrick … This actually seemed very similar to the way you did things before. But I wasn’t actively involved when you did things differently. It seems from what I’ve seen kind of similar in a lot of ways.
