* LUF is currently registered with Colorado, but doesn't have a member there; we need to pay $120/year for an agent, and it looks like we're going to stop doing that

** Why Colorado? They've already accepted our bylaws and articles of incorporation ... we initially chose it because it was Marshall Savage's home state
** There's no clear tangible benefit since we don't need to be a corporation to run a website, and we currently don't have tax-exempt status
*** We could form an association rather than a corporation if we want to re-establish tax-exempt status

== Kindred 20XX ==
* Brandon wants to post about a Kindred event to the SolSeed Facebook page, similar to Keith's post on the LUF page (http://www.facebook.com/groups/livinguniverse/)

** Keith: Chad's point was that setting the event up would cost to much
*** Brandon imagines a 30-to-50-person event to start with ... we've done events that size already
