I am interested in nourishing upward spirals. I made a DVD titled ''[[The Upward Spiral]]'' which some of you have seen. I go out into the rain to play with runoff; water has been a good teacher for me. I also wrote a book, ''Seeing Nature''.
My wife, Alysia, and I founded Chrysalis, a small chartered public school with a focus on science and nature. The school has become a wonderful community for teachers, students, and parents.
