Kindred 2011

• Brandon is thinking this may be too much to tackle this year
• Shelley agrees 100%
• The energy it would take needs to go to the business
• We'll still do something on the Solstice, but way less formal and with no other organizations invited
• We're kind of doing a mini-Kindred with the Earth Day event

Space conferences

• Brandon decided not to go to the SBIR Conference after all
• Not worth the money, time, and family capital required

Seed Village

• Some of the notes from this are stored on Ben's computer

Ben/Sanders Contract concept

• Ben makes a deposit now for after condo-conversion ... $15k ... basically 10% of total budgeted costs
• Estimated Soft Costs: Brandon $20-25k, Shelley $40-70k
• Estimated Hard Costs: Brandon $110-130k, Shelley $80-110k
• Shelley and Brandon get loan for all construction costs
• We build the ADU
• Convert entire property into condo association ... can we?
• Ben's deposit converts into down-payment on the ADU condo
• Ben gets a mortage for the ADU condo ... about $1100 per month?

Condo Association Bylaws

• Protection for the community when someone sells (right of first refusal at a minimum)
• Protection for the equity of the condo owners (right to sell at market value?)
