How to select/elect the Lead Link
- The Lead Link in the anchor circle (Stewards) comes from some mechanism outside of the holacracy (in our case consensus). The Lead Link for a circle cannot also be the facilitator for that circle.
- Holacracy assumes a hierarchical organization by default; the boss becomes the Lead Link.
- Where do roles come from? Can anyone in a circle propose a role?

- Ben … this process will take some getting used to … it will be interesting to find out what happens when we try to revise an existing policy … looking forward to doing a tactical meeting so we can propose financially supporting Eric in getting a better internet connection … \\//,
- Eric … I need a second monitor for these meetings because I am too slow switching back and forth between documents on a laptop. I have one. Just need to get my desk cleaned up downstairs. I will also contact TekSavy and get a land line (Brandon says yay!). That was way too frustrating with Skype. I am uncertain how much I like Holacracy but I think it is worth trying to find out how well it works or doesn’t and then adapting it to work for us. Loved the meeting other than the tech problems. \\//,
