- Ben … way too sleepy and I don’t even think anymore that it is because I’m not getting enough sleep, I don’t know what to do about it
- Eric … I just got an offer from my mum to sell the cottage to us, it would mean going into hoc pretty deep, we could probably rent it and that would pay the mortgage and the property taxes for big chunks during the summer but it would also mean a lot of effort between tenants … it would mean a big life change to suddenly have this third property
