- June 16th Service: 8:30 AM PST / 11:30 EST … Shawn (Sanders out … traveling)
- June 17th Business Call: 8:30 AM PST / 11:30 EST (Sanders out … Father’s Day)
Meeting Time Change
Business calls
- Eric needs to attend Michelle's services, and Michelle will start preaching full-time in August
- This will make Eric unavailable from roughly 9:30-12:30 ET (6:30-9:30 AM PT) on Sundays
- Moving it to Sunday evenings?
- For evenings, Ben would want to start at 5 PM
- Brandon usually plays basketball from 4-6 PM, then has dinner with family -- may be able to switch basketball to a different day, but would then need to move service time
- Shawn, no preference, flexible
- Moving the business call an hour later?
- Brandon suspects Eric will have to hang around with Michelle for a while after the services
- But Brandon would prefer this over the evening

Year Plan
Summer Solstice
June 21st, 3:07 AM PDT / 6:07 EDT
- Ben proposes a Skype call
- Drumming the Eons would be good
- But Brandon can't do the weekend of the 23rd and 24th because of the Pacific Crest Triathlon (“A” Race)
- If we do it over Skype, Brandon would prefer Thursday morning
- Shawn and Liesa will be getting back from a celebration in the Gorge
- Ben could work from home that day and do the call at lunchtime
- Brandon needs to talk to Shelley
August Unconference
Focus on the non-kid track for now?
- Shawn: The main question for adding the kid track is the venue
Would people be willing to travel to attend?
- The travel ban is now worse, including 8 countries (2 of them non-Muslim)
- But Eric is thinking he won't necessarily maintain his boycott
- Eric probably can't travel in August due to schedule and budget anyway
- Even September would be tough because they'll still be working to set up new AirBnB rentals
- We could help pay for him to travel, but we can't change his schedule
- It would be tough for Shawn to travel budgetwise, due to other planned trips in July and September, and it's not going to happen for the Sanders either
Who to invite?
- We talked about inviting a bunch of people, do we still want to?
- Shawn: Smaller might be more manageable, more intimate and focused, able to get feedback from everyone
- Brandon: Logistically it's a lot more effort to support a big group, but it leads to a lot more excitement and unexpected connections … we should set an intention for what we want to come out of the event, and that will help us decide on the venue and the invite list
- Even if we invite a bunch of people, if the invitation (based on the inended outcome) is niche and doesn't resonate with many people, the event will be small
Evaluation
- Brandon … Nice to connect a bit with you guys.
- Ben … I’m really happy to have Brandon back, and also really worried that we all have so much going on and may not have enough time to plan something for August.
- Shawn … Happy to be here and be planning something … regardless of whether it works out, all plans move toward something … we might just have to adjust what it looks like
