Midweek

Shiny Green Festival
- Do we want a special planning call, given that Brandon is unavailable for the next business call and one of the work bees?
- Saumurs arrive on the evening of Tuesday August 4 and can help set things up
Logistics
The Halsteads arrive on Sunday; we need to have an advance plan for where to have sessions with them
- Look for trails near the visitor center that have shade but also grassy areas where we could sit next to the trail?
- Other options: coffee shops, the Seed Village, a canoe trip?
- Build the schedule around the 4T Trail
- Start near the Zoo (maybe on the grass next to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial)
- Hike up to Council Crest for our first session
- Try to scatter other sessions along the route, e.g. at downtown coffee shops
- Near the lower tram stop: Ross Island Grocery and Cafe at Corbett Ave & Curry St, or the Heritage Tree Park at Barbur Blvd and Naito Pkwy
- Between the trolley and the MAX: Multnomah County Central Library or Case Study Coffee Roasters or the Sunshine Cafe, etc
