OnePagePlan

Agenda

  • Where do we want to be in 20 yrs? In 10 yrs? In 5 yrs?
    • Boil down these goals into short evocative statements with substantial elaboration behind them
  • Read through values, beliefs etc of the OnePagePlan
  • What are the projects that we want to do soon?
  • What are the first 3-4 projects?
  • Consider order and overlap of projects first and ask (how long is it going to take?)

Phases

Molly may be illustrating some of our milestones

  • Possible imagery:
    • Bamboo forest of dependencies
    • Menorah shape
  • This would be for public consumption, not just for us
  • Would this help pull us forward toward our envisioned goals, or make us sad about how little we've accomplished so far?

What are the threads we would have illustrated?
